Skade has announced that they will be parting ways with the Bulgarian roster after the two sides could not agree on a contract extension. 

The well-known Bulgarian team played under the SKADE banner since 2019. The teams featured players as Aleks "Rainwaker" Petrov, Denislav "dennyslaw" Dimitrov, Georgi "⁠SHiPZ⁠" Grigorov, Kamen "⁠bubble⁠" Kostadinov, and Simeon "⁠dream3r⁠" Ganev. Doing the time in SKADE the Bulgarian squad peaked at the number 17th in the world ranking. They managed to do this back on April 4, as they won Elisa Invitational Winter 2021 and Pinnacle Cup three beating top teams such as Vitality and the old Copenhagen Flames. 

Since the start of SKADE back in 2019 the organization has achieved three lan top 3 placings as well as changed the lineup six times doing their time with a Bulgarian roster. 

Where the Bulgarian roster will be playing in the future is yet to be decided, but for now, they are all free agents.

The first round of the playoffs at the Snow Sweet Snow 3 event has concluded. That, of course, means that the four teams advancing to the Quarter-finals have been found. Take a look at how the opening round of the playoffs went. 

the SKADE roster seemed eager and ready to fight when they entered the server. Starting strong by winning their map pick on Overpass 16-8 they carried their momentum through to the second map on Nuke. Despite being the pick of Anonymo, the Polish roster had very little room for error as SKADE relentlessly pushed them back. Ultimately they took home Nuke with a 16-8 scoreline and thereby also the series with a 2-0 victory. 

SKADE is set to face mousesports in the Quarter-finals where they will have to see if they can carry on their form.

The series of the day turned out to be Wisla Krakow vs. Nordavind. A series that went all the way and in close fashion. Ultimately, however, it was Wisla Krakow and its Polish roster to have the slight edge over their opponents. With all three maps going to overtime and despite "mertz" best attempt to carry his team it was Wisla Krakow that, in the end, could call themselves Quarter-finalists with a 2-1 victory. 

The victory means a spot at the Quarter-finals where they will have to defeat fnatic in order to further advance in the tournament.

ex-Winstrike proved themselves the superior roster against Sinners today. Catching the Sinners off guard was the ex-Winstrike roster, as they managed to sweep away the first map with an impressive scoreline of 16-1. The story continued along the same lines as ex-Winstrike defeated Sinners 16-6 on Vertigo and closed the series with an impressive 2-0 victory. 

The ex-Winstrike roster is set to face HAVU in the Quarter-finals.

The final Bo3-series in the opening round of the playoffs at the Snow Sweet Snow 3 event saw Dignitas clashing with Tricked. The Scandinavian brawl between the legendary Swedes and the Danish youngsters would determine the last Quarter-finalist of the event. Despite Tricked starting strong on Overpass it was ultimately the Swedes, led by "f0rest" and "friberg", to take home the series 2-0.

SKADE has added Georgi “SHiPZ” Grigorov on a permanent contract after a long trial period, the Bulgarian team confirm on its Twitter. The 20-year-old rifler has since December last year represented the team without being contracted, where he has averaged a stellar 1.25 Rating which has made them sign the promising player.

The former Windigo and c0ntact player is very pleased with the deal:

- “I’m very excited to join SKADE and my motivation is at a high. I know all these players already and I know how good they are. I really believe we have everything we need to become a top team and we have set a goal of becoming a top #30 team in the next 6 months.” 

- “I am super happy that we were able to find a deal that both sides were happy with and we can finally announce SHiPZ as an official squad member. I am also super thrilled to have the rest of the squad renew their contracts with us. It has been a great ride so far and the time to come holds great things for these young guys.” 

The Bulgarian player Georgi "SHiPZ" Grigorov has announced his free agency due to his contract with c0ntact being over. The promising rifler is therefore up for grabs, after spending a year at the American organization. In December 2020, c0ntact allegedly placed its entire roster on the transfer list which explains the player leavings from Rigon "

The former CR4ZY player states that he enjoyed his tenure at c0ntact, but that’s he ready for a new team and organization.

“No longer part of, it was a pleasure to be part of the org and the team and I wish them all the best. I am now a free agent if anyone is interested DM me.”

The 20-year old player has been on the bench at c0ntact since August 2020, which has meant that SHiPZ has played some tournaments with both SKADE and MBAPPEK.
